It Was In Need Of Some New Paint Work

This evening I met up with my friend Lucie for a long overdue catch up. We met at her yard where I was riding her mum’s horse Boo whilst she rode Big Gordon. We went for a lovely hack. It felt strange but good fun riding a different horse especially as Boo is significantly smaller and wider than China.

The yard was a working farm and hunt yard as well as livery yard and although it was friendly, clean and tidy, it was a little bit tatty in need of some new paint work....but then it wouldn’t have been so interesting to photograph.
