Waverley steps

We headed down to the Queens Gallery this evening for an exhibition and cut through the station on the way. First time I've been there since it was 'done up' and it's looking pretty good. But it's a sad end to the infamous wind at the top of the Waverley Steps that would try and hurl unsuspecting tourists and dopey school kids (I remember it well) into the middle of Princes St! Might re-visit in a few weeks since the exhibition isn't actually till 7th March. Still, had good tapas for dinner on the way home!
