Flying high

The girls and their mum arrived very late last night, so it was not an early start today. Lunch of waffles took place not long after breakfast! In the afternoon we all went up to Murton Pike to fly kites. It was the perfect day for flying kites and there is a lot of space up there. Here's Ella who soon got the idea and turned into the expert kiter. At times her kite was high up in the clouds (see extra). 

We have done lots and eaten lots and they are here until the weekend, so time to do lots more. So good to see them after all these months. 

The second extra is the three of them playing a game of creating stories prompted by the throw of a dice.
