Social distancing please

Day out to Chester today. Unfortunately most of it was closed. The walls were being repaired. The town centre roads had closures, the public toilets were mainly closed. thank goodness for M&S!  The cathedral was closed on arrival but opened later , cafe closed though. Not a lot of tourists about, can't understand why.
