A long day.

Up early as we were going to Northampton to see our new home . Weather not very good a damp day. 
We set off about 9 .45am. Stopped at a service station just off the M40 for a wee and coffee and something to eat. Arrived at 12.15 for our meeting 1.30pm. Went to Waitrose to get a sandwich and then try to find somewhere we could go to eat them. We found Stanwick Lakes. A lovely nature reserve. Sat in the car and had our sandwiches watching kids jumping in the puddles. It wasn’t raining so we went for a walk around one of the many lakes. Would love to go back on a nice sunny day. We enjoyed our walk. Had a cup of tea. Then left there at about 3.30pm. Got home at 5.30pm. Feet up with a nice cup of tea.
