Mackenzie Falls

Today we completed our Great Southern road trip and returned to Melbourne. We stopped off at Mackenzie Falls in the Grampians for a walk. The signboard said 600m to the falls - turns out it was pretty much vertical not horizontal!!

We also stopped off at Ballarat on our way back. It's one of the towns that developed during the goldrush in the 1800's. There are lots of the old buildings around that look like something from the old Wild West. Wish I'd captured one on the iPhone to 'Blip' for you.
