Fish stew, second night
Potatoes, onion, carrots, turnips, parsnip, garlic, black pepper, lots of Cyprus saffron, sweetheart cabbage, mackerel stock, fish pie mix (salmon, smoked haddock, white fish), squid, mussels (not visible because we ate them all on the first night), skate knobs (don't ask). Pretty damn good though I say it myself. We made up for the absence of mussels with a green salad with avocado and bean sprouts.
