Portland Sea Lavender

A really rainy start to the day - I met a friend for coffee at Castle Gardens in Sherborne where they are now using a lovely space called The Orangery - it had lots more atmosphere than where their usual cafe is so a big improvement through Covid 19 !!! 
We decided to go to Portland this afternoon as it was so miserable and the sun came out there . 
We spotted this plant as we walked along the cliffs - sea lavender ( this type only grows at Portland) . It is such a pretty plant.
