Dinner!

Bought a mindful chef box which arrived today! This is the first of three meals for two! Half tonight and half tomorrow! Chickpeas, roasted red pepper and tomatoes with ezme paste, should have been on top of the spinach, with hot smoked trout flaked on top. Very tasty and a huge amount! Moderately easy to managei with the denture! Am beginning to get used to it slowly! Have given up wearing it at night!
