Chianti Sunflower

So called owing to it's deep wine coloured petals. They grow multiple flowers per stem and are pollen free. My friend with the allotment was back from holiday and brought round a large box of fruit and veg plus a bunch of these flowers. I have actually never seen sunflowers like this before and had to look them up. I asked for type of sunflower with red petals.
