Just a trickle

Sometime this stream is a raging torrent with the water up to the top of the walls but you would not guess that today. It has been the hottest day of the year so far at around 33 degrees. I had a bit of a lie in after yesterday's exertions followed by a relaxing yin yoga session. I took the canvas I had prepared to the painting group and started on the icon.  I have more work to do on it but it is coming along ok. Most people worked outside but I decided to go inside even though it meant working with a mask on.  I wanted to be able to spread out and I didn't want the paint to dry too quickly.
