Now what to do with it

So for Christmas I was given a lovely book full of lovely things to embroider (okay I admit it a few years ago I would have rolled off the settee I am sitting on in fits of laughter if I had been told that I would one day enjoy embroidery but life sends these curve balls). Whilst away over New Year I completed this one sure that I would quickly decide on a use for it (wouldn't like to think I had done something purely for the hell of it) yet over a month later still it is there with no final purpose.
Thoughts I have had include; pocket for apron, detail on placemat, centre for a table runner, pocket on a bag......none have really taken my fancy. In the case of the apron it is more because I haven't found the right pattern.

Oh well such is life, but it did make for a different picture today when the only other shots would have needed me to have my camera in the car and find a suitable place to pull over to take the picture, neither of which were going to happen.

Apologies for the rambling (again) and I appreciate that it is not exactly a serious problem to have, if problem it could truly be called but it has me musing.
