Cheers to 40

It's Rich's birthday, and there's so much cake in the house now!

We've had a really nice day; I woke up earlier than usual (possibly because I was excited, haha!) and gave Rich his 40 gifts from me, which went down a treat. After a movie and a birthday sub, Pam, Sarah and Jay came over to celebrate. It was lovely to see them all, though to be honest as a very affectionate person it's really hard not to be giving everyone massive hugs right now. Still, we enjoyed a lot of chat, cake and laughs, and that's the main thing. After they left, Paul stopped by for a quick doorstep chat and gift drop off; he also mentioned a short film he's watched that he ominously called one of the weirdest things he's ever seen, so we had to watch it. Turns out, that was a massive mistake as it was weird for allllllll the wrongs reasons and I wish I'd never seen it! We decided to see the evening out with some Game Grumps, Wrong Turn 2, and a beer. Noice.

Villa somehow managed to stay in the Premier League too; not entirely sure we deserved to scrape by but I won't look a gift horse in the mouth!
