Green Woodpecker

visiting for supper. We used to have a green woodpecker regularly feeding on the lawn, but we haven't seen one for years. In the week we saw one on the turf field next to us and this evening this one was just outside the back door.

We cycled to the pub for lunch with G&N. It was hard work as we haven't cycled properly for more than a year. Food was good.

Warm with a bit of wind and cloudy spells.
