Socially distanced ...

...tables in one of our favourite eating places in the Surrey Hills. It was very empty when we were there with only two tables in the bar area. The owner said he’d really wondered if they’d closed their doors for the last time in March. Their cleaning procedure now is excellent and we felt very safe. We’d had to give contact details when we booked.

We’ve had a lovely day in Farley Green at the UK home of GadgetKid and G. We de-cobwebbed and swept the outside of their home before enjoying some reading time sitting outside on the decking. Sadly, their plans to visit this summer have been cancelled. I think we’ll be going back for a longer visit in August.
