A real treat to see Son, who is in Oxford for a week. I haven't seen him, either in real life or on a screen, since 12 March. We went for a walk in the Shire but the hobbits were out of sight. Shielding, probably.

I also took up verbal cudgels for a friend who was being bullied. And won, it seems, at least so far.
