We met up with friends on Anglesey today. Half an hour after arriving here last night I noticed on social media some old friends were there on holiday in their motor home . ( I’ve known them over 20 years -my ex-husband and I knew them as a couple and our sons are the same age; I taught the eldest boy in year 1 and he’s now 27!)
A quick what’s app exchange and we arranged to meet up- what a joy! Even though we haven’t seen each other for maybe 13 years minimum , the years fell away....They were very welcoming to BB and once we caught up on all the water under the bridge have made plans to meet up before the end of summer somewhere we can camp next to their motor home. Serendipity and spontaneity indeed!
