This is the beautiful Victorian summerhouse at Drumlanrig Castle. It is made of hazel and larch and the workmanship is amazing.

Drumlanrig was my choice of place to spend my birthday. I chose to spend it here last year as well! It has only just reopened after lockdown and I had to book and pay online, but it was well worth the effort. The flowers and woodland were lovely.

I've been fortunate to have lots of birthday wishes, cards and presents and feel very happy to have nice people in my life. This is the first day of my 60th year on earth :-)
