Bad news

As I was passing one of our flower borders I noticed what I thought was an infestation of blackfly at the tip of a rose branch, but on closer inspection I saw these! I have looked them up and I think they are the larvae of the rose sawfly which strip the leaves. They have made a very good start and decimated some of the leaves completely:-(
