Be seeing Ewe

Sadly Siggy's habit of shouting to get let out of the run just got too much. nothing we tried worked to calm her down, and frankly we think it was stressing her out as much as us. Too much for an urban setting.

Thankfully friends Paddy and Lisa have a smallholding out in East Lothian, and Lisa loves her chickens, so we've been able to re-home her somewhere we know she'll be cared for. It was a hard decision, brought home by later that evening realising she had left us a final blue-green egg. But it's the right thing all round.

The plus side was getting to meet their latest Soay Sheep.
