Bloody Kids

Today I finally felt that this whole lockdown thing was getting on top of me.
There seems no rhyme nor reason to any of it but the reaction to those perceived to be flouting the rules is staggering, we have a whole new class of social pariahs, mask wearers v non mask wearers.

On a day out we parked the van in Truro today only for a bunch of teenagers on skateboards to throw half full cans of Irn Bru from the second storey of the multi storey car park onto the van roof. I don’t think they expected an overweight 67 year old to race up the stairs, confront them and when they got aggressive threaten to chuck the ringleader out after the cans.

Home after shopping, bit of TV whilst Josh took his Mum to the rugby club today, fresh sardines, grilled for dinner.

On a lighter note, the Seven Stars pub in Falmouth, the pub has seen seven generations of the same family as landlords, dating from 1873, the most famous being Rev Barrington Bennetts. He served as landlord for nearly 60 years while also serving the congregation at the Parish Church.
