Reflections on life...

Life is only a reflection of what we allow ourselves to see.

We are very fortunate to have a pond on our property. Last summer was so dry that the level dropped significantly. With the recent rain it has started to refill and we have been blessed today with a nice sunny day for some lovely reflections. 

This morning the pond was frozen over and all the ducks have left... you can see the ice in the foreground still where the reflection is not so clear. 

We count our blessings every day for where we live - tranquility.
