A Dooration

Please imagine that I have written a thoughtful (yet life-changing) piece ostensibly about doors but really about Life. And that, with a light (yet incisive) hand (or pen? (or iPhone touchpad)), I pointed out that doors can be barriers but also ways through. This piece would have made you think and smile and, possibly, cry a little but, most of all, it would have made you feel better about yourself and your place in the World.

"All this from a few simple sentences about doors!" you would have thought (to yourself). "Truly, this NickMog is a Great Man." And that joke at the end, about a door not being a door when it is ajar, that was Genius.
