Perch action!

We tore up the perch today...plenty to share with friends and family. We got into some 10 and 12 inch ones! Secret fishing spot! Hope I feel as excited when it comes time to filet and skin them :). BLT's and fried green tomatoes for dinner. Wonderful summer meal! Hubby cooked...
