Pedal for a Medal: 100 Miles in July

Today we had a family bike ride in the afternoon and MrsCyclops and (perhaps even more impressively) CyclopsJnr completed their 100th mile of cycling in July.  

Originally they set themselves the challenge of doing 50km in the month, but it quickly became apparent they could do more so with some trepidation they upped the goal to 100 miles (160km) - 3x what they originally planned.  They completed the total at almost exactly this point, with 6 days still to go in spite of the fact we were away on holiday for 6 days!  

WELL DONE CyclopsJnr and MrsCyclops - it's been a great lockdown project, both for fitness and passing time!
