Lovely plodge with Sue when the tide was way out mid afternoon - much enjoyment all round: surfers, canoeists, SUPs, dogs and little toddlers all enjoying the seaside ;) 
Met Roy and Richard for a takeaway coffee afterwards, and managed to navigate the rules re masks without too much angst... On when we went in to order our coffees, off when we sat outdoors at a table... Easy peasy...
