Feeding time

Our garden has been overrun with visitors today, though thankfully no flying ants (yet!!).

I spied the woodpecker on the fatballs just before lunch, so decided to set up my camera to try and get a photo. He didn't come back but in his absence we had 3 squirrels, wood pigeons, robins, blackbirds, sparrows and I lost count of how many blue & coal tits.
At one point, there was a feeding frenzy; the crumbs dropped from the hanging feeders was swiftly mopped up by the birds on the floor.
