Better Days

I have tended to go on a bit in my journal about the increasing challenges we are facing with the FIL these days. His wife died in 2014 and this January one of their closest friends also passed away. Her daughter had been sorting her things out and we received some lovely photos in the post today which she thought we might like to have. These are the oldest ones and show the FIL with his wife-to-be. He was pretty dapper back in those days.
