Silvereye (Zosterops lateralis)

This wee Silvereye was the only one feeding on the apples this morning.I was really fortunate enough to get quite close to this one. I did my first walk in two weeks since my Back Injury, 10km quite slow but still faster than a stroll. There is no way I can even attempt to run as my Right Leg is some what desesnsitised and any heavy downward pressure it wants to collapse underneath me. Pain in my Lumbar Spine has reduced significantly.
