My wife’s car, had “her” since new. Well loved. 8 years old at last birthday, reached 40,000 miles now. Service and MOT undertaken today, and lifetime warranty reactivated. A good and reassuring experience in a Covid-19 aware dealership too.

We went for a quiet walk at the hospital woods and farm on the way home from the garage. Encountered only a few folks, all respectful of social distancing. Today was a day of easing for Shielded folks; a big deal for them I’m sure. 20 new cases, zero deaths again. Encouraging.

Spoke with our younger son on phone; he’d been playing golf with two colleagues - best score of the year; very good. And short Family FaceTime with older son and fiancé - all well.
