Every day now
Since a week , I get one to two handfuls of beans every day which is enough for a meal every three days. The rest is blanched and frozen. Although the patches in our yard that I dedicated to vegetables are tiny, we have harvested a lot. And eaten. Starting with artichokes early we continued with lots of lettuce, then the strawberries, peas now beans. Soon the tomatoes will ripen although they are very very slow this year. The zucchini are doing well and for the fall the pumpkin patch is also producing something. I feel so pampered by this little piece of land!
