SONY no reply Customer Service

If you use a Mac computer don't buy a SONY smartphone. They seriously don't work well together.

I've demanded a refund or exchange for a different Sony product due to ongoing complications and unacceptable after sales service.
SONY's reply today
"We fully understand your concerns and would like to extend our deepest apologies for the inconvenience that you have been experienced. However, we regret to inform you that we will not refund as per your request subject to the conditions of our limited warranty."

I purchased the SONY Xperia S 12 March 2012

Sony service centre fixed the very slow download time for photos soon after purchase but the phone soon again became slower and even slower. As you can see from spring and summer 2012 my blipping dropped and often were uploaded to Blipfoto weeks after being taken.

The Xperia S became so painfully slow photos often had to be downloaded overnight

September 2012
Spent over 3 hours in Sony store trying to get the Xperia to work with a MacBook. Advised to drag and drop files because Mac Bridge does not work with photos

Dragged and dropped files into iPhoto first time it worked. Fantastic, a solution!
Oh no. The second time both iPhoto and Aperture both crashed!

The crashed iPhoto and Aperture libraries had 20,000 photos that now have to be rearranged. Aperture repaired after crash with a handful of images left. iPhoto, which my family find easy to use, still yet to repair.

Every time the SONY phone is connected to my Mac the Mac becomes unusably slow. The Xperia S is updated with latest Android, Bridge for Mac and had factory resets.

When I do get to talk to somebody nobody makes a decision just passes me onto yet another person where I have to explain the situation all over again. Today I spoke with 4 different people. I feel like I'm getting bounced from pillar to post.

What's more, Customer Service Hong Kong and the Store Manager at the Sony Store in Mongkok, Hong Kong have failed to reply to emails on a total of four occasions.

In sum, the product is not fit for purpose I'm unable to download photos without it taking an absolute eternity. I cannot use iPhoto because the Xperia S crashed it and is unusable and Sony Bridge for Mac does cannot import photos. I'm simply exasperated by the whole experience that's gone on for almost a year.

End of rant.
