Mist
Our local friends assured us this was more normal Devon weather, The beautiful blue skies and sunshine of the last few days have given way to lower temperatures, rain and heavy mist. It didn't stop us all enjoying another cliff top walk to Morte Point, somewhat to the surprise of the sheep.
Given how tired we were at the end of the walk, it was disappointing to find it had been less than 4 map miles. It did however include a cumulative 1300 feet of ascent, and the corresponding 1300 feet of descent which, given our various physical afflictions, slowed us down quite a bit.
We shall all sleep well tonight.
