Champagne

First of the blooms on my champagne gold hydrangea. I think it's flowering a little earlier than normal. I love how this variety changes colour and turns into a creamy pink spectacle. 
Productive day getting ready for the arrival of our visitors tomorrow. Puddings are ready, there's cake to go with some afternoon coffee and the garlic chilli chicken is marinating away. So just some bombay potatoes, chicken skewers, fish samosas and a daal to prepare in the morning. As usual I've made more than needed but that means I won't need to do much cooking over the weekend.
