It’s growing

I have a String of Hearts plant in the toilet. It has strings of hearts hanging as the name suggests. A bit broke off when I took it outside to water. I put it in a little vase and it’s growing. How exciting.

After work I read a book for a while and then had a snooze before making Murphy’s birthday cake. He’s 7 tomorrow. It’s contains peanut butter, carrot, Winchester City Mill flour (of course) and honey. It’s frosting will be made from yoghurt and peanut butter. The recipe is from my Dogs’ Dinners book. Willis and he can share it.

The M3 goes around Winchester and when there are road works the traffic is diverted past my house. There was a lot of noise last night and I can hear them again this evening.
