Hydrangea

The weather was pretty rubbish all day so nothing that interesting to blip. I only had a view of a computer screen most of the day. I had a go at the 7.1k lap but missed my PB by 3 minutes again. I don’t think I could have put in much more effort so maybe my PB was an error!! I can’t believe I am getting worse?
