The high jump

It's supposed to be my day off but I had a meeting and a practice webinar this morning. I footered in between before having to speak at my first webinar this evening, I spoke for 20  mins plus questions and the whole event lasted nearly 3 hours. I was so bored but we have 40 people listening on line so they think that was OK.

I have now had my dinner and a wee glass of red, I feel whacked and have sore eyes from concentrating on the screen.
