Today was a first in many ways: we got up early to pick up the hire car. We usually get it from the station but due to the Covid19 chaos we had to get to Seafield. To get there we used the just-eat bikes (a first for us). It worked quite well. The gears are ok to get up hill but no point in pedalling down hill. So we free-wheeled most of the way down Easter Road. In the afternoon we zoomed to Alloway to visit family. We missed all the good weather. The west coast lived up to our expectations of very wet and dreich.
