Friary Gatehouse

This is on Much Park St in Coventry. Originally a gatehouse to a friary. A medieval survivor of the dissolution of Monastries and the blitz of war. It has suffered many 'upgrades' and repairs of a questionable standard. It now stands empty in a side street next to Coventrys modern, busy and noisy elevated inner ring road. Its demise currently in the hands of nature. It is slowly turning to dust. Its future uncertain in an uncertain world.
