Hip

Wednesday was an 'indoors if wet' kind of day.
Got a few bits and pieces done around the house and pottered around on the computer, reading articles and catching up with some videos I wanted to watch.

The rain eased off later in the day and so I did a short walk along to Haggs, along the Canal for a bit and then home.

Lots of rose hips to be seen. I remember collecting them when I was in primary school for rose hip syrup. Is that still a thing?

Some of the leaves on the plants beginning to change colour too. Shakira was right: these hips don't lie!
