Bus Pass Walk (without a bus)

Our 3rd Bus Pass Walker outing without getting on any buses.  A different route around St Ives Estate, taking in some pathways that I have never ever walked even though I have lived here for nearly 50 years!  Main image of the carved chair and toadstools was taken as we walked back up the main driveway on our way for refreshments in the Ivy Kitchen.  There were two families in the playground even though it is still closed - all the entries padlocked - they must have climbed over the gate or fence to gain access!  After refreshments we dodged a sudden shower of rain as we walked around Coppice Pond.  Lots of geese around, and the cygnets which are now quite independent.  Ducklings appeared as we were about to leave.  Walked back via Cuckoo Nest after  another good walk in great company.  A few more photos in extras.
