New Tricks

Met Elaine at a venue we usually love to visit which has recently partially opened since lockdown.
Won’t mention it’s name because l feel it might be struggling.
So we went down to Otley and into a rather nice cafe there, cheese scones then coffee cake with our usual flat whites.
Came back to mine then had a walk around the village.
 It had rained on and off for most of the day but in between was a rather lovely but brief sunny spell and we struck lucky on our walk up to the nature reserve.
Later l went and got new wiper blades for the car, 
l’m ashamed to say l had no idea how to change them. 
But for £3 the assistant did it for me and as l watched him l realised l will be able to do it myself next time.
