Dockland (Birkenhead)

A fleeting glimpse - from the car - of a few surviving parts of this once-grand and bustling port. This building has lived on as apartments, surrounded by rubble and fencing and half-finished developments. We are due to catch the 22.30 ferry to Belfast. Mass transport of any kind feels very strange!
