Adventure

This morning I went out to an appointment at my doctor to get blood drawn for tests.  It felt very strange - they have a special isolated room accessible from outside set up for shielding patients, and cleaned between each appointment.  The nurse had plenty of PPE too!  Mask, gloves, apron etc.  As usual my arm is a mess afterwards!  I also discover I have a 4.5cm hair growing on the inside of my elbow (also pictured).

Went running again this afternoon after about 11 days off - although I did get plenty of exercise on holiday in the wilds.  5km in 28:11 - so I'm still improving.

That's my excitement for the day.
