Ringed Plover

You can't really go wring with Ringed Plover against a shinlge backdrop. It always surprises how camouflaged they can be although thinknig in terms of evolution, it is no surprise.
Fibre Artisit Tricia was off to South Uist selling a commisioned piece - sounds very grand - of her Hare with Bog Cotton. I was left behind to tend our lawn/meadow/weeds with a combination of strimmer and borrowed mower. Our mower has now been away at the mower doctor for a month now with no news coming back..... Doesn't sound too good.
