From Treble Cone

... and we didn’t ski a single run!  We were concerned by the number of cars coming down the mountain as we were going up.  We soon found out why.  The Saddle chair was closed due to high winds and the place was packed, with all skiers using the only chairlift in the main basin.  The wind was starting to get up there too - about fifteen minutes later that lift was also closed.  We took our boots off and went home.  Started pruning the roses this afternoon!
