Fiona Tuesday

It’s hot out and exceptionally noisy due to work on our street… I was kinda bummed out today …the only accomplishment was a few masks made…until our FaceTime with Fona.    She’s always a joy, altho very bored now.   No planned games , Things just evolve.  A little piano, acrobatics. Her Mom was combing her freshly washed hair ..a rare glimpse of that child’s forehead.   Then the braids so it doesn’t tangle while it dries and will have a bit of a wave.     We ended up reading as usual… My contribution a Virginia Woofe story,  Nurse Lugton’s Curtain, a manuscript found in the pages of Mrs. Dalloway’s manuscript  after her death.    and then she decided she’d read to us! ((her orthodontist said reading aloud would be a good thing for the new spacer thingy she just got)  so she  in her bunk bed cave,  we listened to “Out of my Mind” by Sharon Draper.   Wow, what a  story!    And then a discussion of her earring which is an Aquarius sign,..lightning bolts.   and how her two grandmothers are the same sign  (Virgo) but VERY different personalities… always something fun and unexpected from her…..Feel better now,.   If I just keep away from  the news now….
