Chicken Mountain

Rich decided to have another go at the chicken, rice and sweet potato salad he almost killed the lads with the other weekend, this time without the Scotch bonnet jerk sauce! I very much enjoyed the Cajun spice instead, twas yummers.

This is in danger of becoming a food journal just down to me not going anywhere...
