Art Therapy this morning. I was asking if they had any idea when the centre would be opening again, they don't know, because of the buildings layout and size of rooms, social distancing would be an issue. So skype it is for the forseeable. 

Walked to the supermarket this afternoon, passing the Water of Leith. 

Have been feeling quite detached this afternoon, easily staring in to space for long periods.
