Community Food Growing Project.

This park conversion in Rishton has been a successful food growing project for several years now,  and inspite of the pandemic restrictions.. Plenty of veggies and fruit are coming along well in raised beds, and there are a good variety of fruit trees and garden flowers including wild flowers for the bees, poppies and sweet peas.
Weather wise, it is still sunny and windy and quite cold at times. I have a green hooded zip up body warmer that is just right for this changeable weather.
